Requirements - * Master's degree in Human Resources.

• 13+ years overall HR experience with 10+ years in core HRBP roles in ITES/tech setups.
• Strong experience in talent strategy, change enablement, and leadership development.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record in managing HR projects independently with agility and analytical strength.
