Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new corporate leads for Group Health Insurance (GMC)
Build and manage relationships with HR Heads, CXOs, Admin Heads, and key stakeholders
Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate pricing and policy terms
Design customized insurance solutions including OPD, wellness, and add-on benefits
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue and premium targets
Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and post-sales servicing
Upsell and cross-sell General Insurance and OPD products
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
Required Skills and Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2-6 years of B2B sales experience (Insurance/Financial Services preferred)
Prior experience in selling Group Health Insurance, GMC, or Employee Benefits is a strong plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple corporate accounts independently
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
Existing corporate HR/Admin network in Bangalore
Knowledge of IRDAI regulations related to corporate insurance
Experience managing large corporate accounts and renewals
Good understanding of the Bangalore corporate market
