We are hiring a results-driven professional to lead
Group Medical Cover (GMC)
policy sales to corporate clients. Ideal candidates should have a strong corporate network, excellent communication, and prior experience in selling
Group Health Insurance or Employee Benefits
.
Responsibilities:
Prospect & onboard new corporate clients for GMC policies
Build relationships with HR Heads, CXOs, Admins
Pitch, negotiate, and close group health insurance deals
Collaborate with insurers to design customized health & wellness solutions
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Upsell/cross-sell general insurance and OPD services
Ensure smooth client onboarding and renewals
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
2-6 years of
B2B sales
experience
Prior experience in
Group Health/Corporate Insurance
is a plus
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of IRDAI guidelines is preferred
Familiarity with Bangalore corporate landscape is a bonus
