JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate qualified leads for all active projects. Build, onboard & manage a strong network of Channel Partners, IPCs, digital aggregators, and referral partners. Conduct CP meetings, property briefings, and site visits for engagement and lead activation. Explore alternate lead sources - corporate tie-ups, societies, influencers, resident referral programs, and proptech platforms. Track and optimize lead performance, conversion ratios, and source-wise ROI. Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing to share accurate project updates and ensure smooth lead handover. Maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and CRM data for all sourcing activities. Stay updated on competitor sourcing strategies and market intelligence. Ensure process compliance, documentation, and CP incentive management. Lead and mentor the sourcing team to achieve monthly and quarterly lead targets.

Requirements

5-8 years' experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, or business development. Strong network with CPs/IPCs and market influencers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Hands-on experience with CRM and lead tracking tools.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
