Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Source-to-Pay (S2P) Consultant with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in procurement transformation, process optimization, and technology enablement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in end-to-end S2P processes, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, procurement operations, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver S2P transformation projects across industries, focusing on process improvement, automation, and digital enablement. Analyze current procurement processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Design and implement S2P solutions using platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or other leading procurement technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless integration and adoption. Develop and deliver training, change management, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Support vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding processes. Monitor KPIs and procurement metrics to drive continuous improvement and compliance. * Provide thought leadership and stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
