Summary



The Manager - Solutions Activation & Automation, based in Hyderabad, supports the Associate Director in driving operational efficiency, process standardization, and automation within the US Studio Operations - Solutions Activation team. This role manages projects, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures the successful implementation of innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying automation opportunities, leading change management, documenting business requirements, and overseeing user acceptance testing and post-implementation support. The position requires strong stakeholder management, agile project management skills, and experience with pharma content approval and digital asset management platforms would be a plus. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), 8-10 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:



We are looking for a

Manager

to join the Solutions Activation team and support 'Associate Director - Solutions Activation' in driving operational efficiency, process standardization, and automation initiatives within pharma marketing operations. This role will manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Support and conduct

process deep dives

to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency. Manage projects related to

Gen AI / Agentic AI automation,

process standardization, optimization, and adherence

across workflows. Support and manage

onboarding for accelerated/automated processes

and lead change management initiatives. Collaborate with

Acceleration and Activation Leads

to implement process updates, new systems, and innovative solutions. Document key business requirements into

clear specifications with KPIs

, align with stakeholders, and support agile project management. Review

test cases and training materials

, oversee

UAT

, and provide

Hypercare support

post-implementation. Deliver

regular and transparent project updates

and assist in preparing

executive-level presentations

for senior leadership. Experience with

pharma omnichannel platforms is a must

(experience with pharma content approval, Digital Asset Management (DAM) is a plus).

Essential Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred). 6+ years experience in pharma marketing operations (experience process management, automation, or operational excellence is preferred). Familiarity with pharma content approval workflows, DAM platforms (Veeva Promomats, Aprimo, etc), and Martech platforms (Veeva, SFMC, Drupal, etc) Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, change management, and documentation best practices. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Pro-active in handling complex situations & problems Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
