Customer and Industry Workflows (CIWF) Engineering Team in ServiceNow is responsible for developing Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM) and Industry Vertical Products (Financial services, Healthcare, Telco etc.) using ServiceNow platform and cutting-edge technologies like Machine Learning, Agent Intelligence, chatbot, service catalog, workflow, real-time tracking of services.

Role
We are seeking an exceptional, passionate, and self-driven Software Engineering Manager in the rapidly growing Industry Vertical Engineering team to build highly innovative products in the Healthcare & Lifesciences Industry.
Strong experience building products and solutions in the Healthcare industry domain (Provider, Payer, Life Sciences, Pharma, and/or Medical Devices). Experience in building healthcare interoperability solutions using standards such as HL7 V2, FHIR, DICOM is a plus.
Be a hands-on technical manager comfortable with design, development, coding, debugging and unit testing work. Run a high-performance scrum team delivering critical new features in every release. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to build best in class and highly scalable products.
