What the Role Offers:

We're seeking an experiencedSoftware Engineering Manager with12-15 years of total experience, including at least2 years leading AI/ML initiatives, to drive our next generation of Generative and Agentic AI applications. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in software architecture, hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, and proven leadership in building high-performance engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-powered products that provide significant business value.



Key Responsibilities

Leadership& Strategy:

Define and execute the technical strategy for the Generative and Agentic AI engineering roadmap, aligning it with overall business objectives. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software and AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive the adoption of best practices inAI engineering, MLOps, and secure coding across the team. Manage project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Technical Execution& Development:

Spearhead the design and development ofGenerative AI applications using cutting-edge models (LLMs). Drive the implementation and optimization ofAI agent workflows that exhibit autonomous decision-making and tool-use capabilities. Provide hands-on technical guidance on building and deploying robustRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge-intensive tasks. Oversee the implementation of advancedPrompt and Context Engineering techniques to maximize model performance and reliability. Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of all AI services in production environments.

What you need to Succeed:

Experience: 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in software engineering and delivery, with at least2 years focused on leading AI/ML engineering projects. Leadership: Proven experience managing, coaching, and scaling high-performing engineering teams. Core Technical Skills (Must-Have): Expertise withLangChain and/orLlamaIndex frameworks for composing LLM applications. Deep practical knowledge of designing, implementing, and optimizingRAG pipelines. Demonstrated ability inPrompt Engineering and managing complex context windows for LLMs. Strong background in software architecture and API design (Python preferred). AI/ML Concepts: Solid understanding of modern Generative AI models (LLMs, foundation models, Vectorization), their capabilities, and their limitations. Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related infrastructure-as-code and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
