Your Impact: 
 The ESM R&D team is seeking an Engineering manager, to join our Global R&D team to deliver innovative enterprise software solutions by working in a fast paced challenging and enriching environment. This is a high-growth business, and our solutions are used by enterprise class highly demanding customers across the globe. We are using a Microservices based architecture composed of multiple services running on Kubernetes using Docker Containers. 
 The Engineering Manager, within Software Engineering R&D is responsible for setting direction and leadership to development teams, working on medium to large scale global projects. She/he will be responsible for Technical Direction to the teams, Project Management and People Management for driving the R&D functions. 
 This position requires strong technical and people leadership, excellent communication, and "hands-on" product development skills. The candidate must have strong technical background, and proficient in motivating and leading the team, through vision, strategic positioning, and leadership characteristics. The candidate is expected to have worked closely with the Product and Program management teams in defining product roadmaps. Working exposure to diverse cross geo teams is important. The candidate must be highly energetic and passionate about delivery; define goals, objectives and measurements for the teams, track performance and show continuous improvement. The candidate will provide mentoring and coaching for the team to develop an iterative, continuous approach to feature delivery.
