THE ROLE:

Manage 10-15 team size.
He/She should be part of Multi-Media Audio SW team.
He/She should closely work with DSP Firmware/Algorithms & Device Drivers & SoC/IP teams to develop and deliver audio/speech processing algorithms for different audio features.
He/she should also very closely work with Domain/SW Architects to lead the design and development of key audio features.

THE PERSON:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attitude to acquire knowledge and work on new technologies
Able to Work with global teams/customers
Well versed with the product Agile/Waterfall development strategies.
A proven record of long term and stable working ethics at the organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, Guide, and Lead a team of engineers.
Working with all the stakeholders to define and execute the engineering programs.
Providing project plans that include scheduling, planning, etc.
Making sure that the execution of all projects is carried out on schedule.
Monitor multiple projects through the entire program cycle.
Manage the day-to-day detailed aspects of multiple projects.
Coordinate cross-project activities.
Prepare reports for executives.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
10 years of work experience
Experienced in Matlab and Python programming
Experienced in C, C programming & Data Structures.
50-50 PERCENT Management/Technical responsibilities would be preferred.
Certification in SCRUM/PMP is a plus
Multimedia domain knowledge from semiconductor organization is a plus

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

B. Tech (EEE/ECE/CSC) or M. Tech (Embedded/Digital Signal Processing) or equivalent.
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Manufacturing/Industrial, Healthcare
