Job Summary:The company is looking to hire a Social Media Manager who loves Twitter/Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn and enjoys writing creative copies easily. Some one who has an eye for latest tools and features and can read analytics seamlessly.The ideal candidate should possess the belowResponsibilities:- Minimum of 5 to 6 year work experience as a Social Media Manager in an Agency with an in depth understanding of all things digital and social media.- Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. and adapt content to suit the different channels.- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Business Manager, etc. Knowledge of Social Media Ads are preferred.- Perform social media audience research and competitor social analysis and manage monthly and yearly social media budgets.- Fluent with branding and marketing concepts (including making presentations) and various digital media, channels and platforms and trending news.- Strategize and plan social media campaigns, create daily social content for different platforms.- Work on strategy, content, and branding, additional points if he/she has a creative eye and dabs in Photoshop/Illustrator and/or Canva.- Minimum 5 year experience in creating social media content for different platforms.- Communicate with client directly in terms of monthly billings, budgets, proposal, reporting and invoicing. - Act as a multi-specialist and not only focus on content and strategy, but also interact with clients and manage internal and external expectations.Preferred:- Knowledge of scheduling and social analytics tools.- Influencer in the digital sphere.Must have:- Agency experience- Exceptional communication skills, written and spoken.- Enjoys taking initiative, dealing with people, Proactive.- Highly self-motivated and creative.- Be multi-tasker.
