Job Summary . Manager - SME COE Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' . Monitoring and Guarding the LAP/BLSE business from instances of fraud and other undesirable practices . Sampling as per core strategy, execution road map and build capabilities for the SME Sales compliance function including action staircase execution Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - . Monitoring and Guarding the LAP/BLSE business from instances of fraud and other undesirable practices . Effective liaison with multiple business units and functions to ensure seamless flow of information from the sales compliance team and vice versa . Co-ordination with other units within BFL for successful coverage and recognize new opportunities for Sme sales compliance which could reduce instances of fraud and other undesirable practices. . screening & Sampling of Mortgage and LAP cases based on triggers . Cross checking the authenticity & quality of RCU agency reports and vendor management . Understanding the current policy Procedures and processes regarding fraud risk monitoring and operational framework . Coordinate with internal stakeholders wherever required . Timely submission of investigation report and subsequent updates . Major Challenges - . Effective liaison with multiple business units and functions to ensure seamless flow of information from the sales compliance team and vice versa Required Qualifications and Experience . Qualifications . Minimum qualification required is Graduate with an experience of more than 3 years Work Experience . Sound knowledge on mortgage . Experience in data analysis and report drafting . Excellent Excel & Power Point proficiency . Positive attitude and team player . Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with business units / managers for managing day-to-day business
