Needs Assessment:
Identify current and future training needs and skill gaps through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with department managers and senior leadership.
Program Design and Development:
Design, develop, and potentially deliver training programs using a variety of methods, including e-learning platforms, workshops, on-the-job training, and mentoring, ensuring content is engaging and tailored to the audience.
Implementation and Coordination:
Plan and organize training logistics, such as scheduling sessions, managing resources (including internal trainers and external vendors), and ensuring smooth delivery across different locations.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the training budget, prioritizing cost-effective programs and tracking expenses to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).
Evaluation and Improvement:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve training initiatives.
Compliance and Regulation:
Ensure all training activities and materials comply with relevant organizational policies, as well as local and international laws and regulations.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (employees, managers, HR teams) and external partners (vendors, training providers) to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Develop specialized pre-departure and ongoing support training for employees on international assignments, which may include cultural orientation for their families.
International Trends:
Stay updated on global trends and emerging technologies in learning and development that can be leveraged across international offices.
Communication:
Act as a central point of communication to link various international branches to headquarters, ensuring consistent messaging and information flow.
