Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our furniture showroom specializing in sofas and cushions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for home furnishings.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Showroom Operations & Visual Merchandising



Oversee daily showroom activities, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Maintain and update product displays to highlight new arrivals and promotions. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability.
2.

Sales & Customer Service



Drive sales to meet or exceed showroom targets. Provide expert advice to customers on product selection, layout, and interior design concepts. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
3.

Team Leadership & Staff Development



Lead, motivate, and supervise showroom staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
4.

Marketing & Promotions



Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute showroom promotions, special offers, and customer events. Utilize in-store promotional displays to attract foot traffic and drive sales.
5.

Reporting & Analysis



Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to optimize performance. Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities to improve showroom performance.
Required Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum of 3-5 years in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.

Skills

: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions. Knowledge of interior design trends and furniture products.
