Purpose of the Role
To drive the set up on new showrooms while adhering to the defined timelines and infra guidelines. To ensure that existing showrooms are adhering to the infra and VM guidelines defined by the Central VM team.
Absence of a dedicated field team to drive and oversee the set up new showrooms, leading to inferior quality, inconsistency of showroom infra, and delay in outlet onboarding
Job Responsibility
1. Outlet setup and approval:
Monitor the progress of outlet development as per the timelines and resolve bottlenecks faced through liaising with vendor, dealership, and TML teams
Confirm the completion of outlet set up and hand over to the Central Store Setup team for approval of readiness
2. Staff grooming guidelines and hospitality SOPs:
Verify the adherence to staff uniform and grooming guidelines at store level through periodic checks and audits
3. Audit of showroom and workshop infrastructure:
Conduct periodic (quarterly) audits of showroom and workshop to verify whether the infra guidelines are being met.
Conduct review with dealers non-compliant on infra guidelines, and design course correction plan
Present audit findings to leadership as well as Sales & After Sales functions

Head Showroom setup and visual merchandizing
Progress update on set up of new showrooms, review of infra audit scores
Central Team- Showroom setup and VM
Progress update on new outlet development, plan for resolution of any issues faced with vendors, dealers.
Review of adherence to guidelines for infra and VM at showrooms
Network Planning & Strategy
Design timeline and roadmap for development of new showrooms
External:

Review of placement of collaterals, visuals in showrooms as per defined timelines

Review of new showroom readiness
