Job Description

Service Sales Team Leader for WZ-II Services - to drive the Budget of 122Cs for Y2025 including all LOB's.


Driving the team of 10 Service Sales engineering employeed to accomplish target of 122Crs for TM/Power/DPG.


Ensuring AR by further ensuring DSO to be <50 days.


Owning whole responsibility of Business as well as dealing with customer.


Weekly BnC target to be accomplished.


Reviewing the Services Sales team for mapping the business in various LOBS as well as in different region of WZ-II


Reduction in overall outstanding to improve DSO.


Co-ordinating with HO team for order execution as well as outstanding clearance for getting the billing done.


Assisting to prepare MBR and some time presenting it before management.


Frequent customer meeting is key requirement and hence extensive travelling for business or lead generations.
