What you'll do:
A Manager Services - Projects, Data Center is a professional in charge of ensuring completion of all Data Center COLO projects on time, with efficiency, accuracy and highest quality, while also managing individual tasks. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.

• Develop detailed project scope, objectives and timelines ensuring all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Making project execution plan and getting approval from client. Must have experience in project planning tools including resource allocations and managing dependancies.
• Co-ordinate with Safety officer and must ensure 100% EHS at site (including all the parties hired).
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (I&C Contractor/ASP's) for the flawless execution of projects.
• Making good professional relations with clients, consultants and vendors to help in smooth execution of projects
• Close co-ordination with factory and logistics team to ensure smooth material delivery, unloading and placement.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Ensuring on time documentation and HOD submission.
• Verification of vendor bills/approval process till payment to vendors. Must ensure on time vendor bill submission till payment.
• Job Requires extended working hours at site & the person should be flexible to be avaiable to customer for such need of Hour(as & when arises)

Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma or BE or BTech
• BE in Electrical/Electronics with 6-8 years of experience or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 10-12 years of experience in Data Center COLO turney key project execution

Skills:

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience of end to end project management. Should have Knowledge & Hand own experince in CAD/Drawings submission
• Knowledge of UPS, Electrical SLD analysis and end to end Data Centre projects execution
• Proven working experience as a project manager in same industry
• Strong in documentation
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.PMP certification will be value addition
• Excellent listening, customer service, negotiation and team handling skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline including crisis management in critical situations
• The ability to remain professional under pressure
• Superb work ethic and growth mindset
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems
• Strong Data Management skill- MS Office, AI Tools etc
