Job Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Manage & Execute Service Measures implementation:
1. Liaise with various stakeholders
a. HQ for Service measure data & related queries
b. Part Logistics India for ordering and stocking of parts as per requirement.
c. Legal & Homologation for content approval (Customer letter, Press statement, Circular)
d. Corporate communication for release of Press statement
e. IT for uploading VINs and SM data in eDealer
f. Communication with Road Ministry on recalls
\xc2\xb7 Plan & ensure timely availability of parts, repair instructions to conduct Service Measures, Vehicle Recall
1. Communication & documentation of service measures, vehicle recalls to Customers
2. Communication to the Authorities on launch, status of recall & completion
3. Fulfill all statutory forms & formalities as per recall guidelines
\xc2\xb7 Monitoring, reporting & auditing
1. Follow up with Dealers for completion of service measures
2. Bottom performance, analyze the reasons and initiate measures for improvement
3. Management Information & reporting about service measures, recalls
4. Prepare for various audits & comply with processes and systems: internal, external quality systems, MB audits.
Qualifications: Graduate in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
Additional requirements:
1. Technical skills and know-how on vehicle systems and system diagnosis
2. Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal abilities
3. Knowledge of problem solving techniques and analytical skills
4. Knowledge of After-Sales & Budgeting
5. Knowledge of Functional IT Systems
