Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end outbound sales operations Lead, mentor, and drive performance of sales teams Monitor KPIs, productivity, and revenue targets Ensure process adherence and quality standards Coordinate with internal stakeholders for business delivery

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum

CIBIL score: 650 (mandatory)

Excellent leadership and people-management skills Strong understanding of domestic sales processes Immediate joiners preferred
