The Manager / Senior Manager - Technology & Solutions will lead technology teams, own solution design, Own Strategy and support pre-sales and sales teams to drive profitable, services-led growth across Microsoft, Google, Cloud, Networking, Security, and Modern Infrastructure offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership & Team Ownership:
Lead teams across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Cloud, Infrastructure, Networking, and Security
Build SOPs, delivery frameworks, and reusable architectures
Drive technical upskilling and certifications
Pre-Sales & Solutioning Support:
Support sales in discovery, solution design, estimations, and scope definition
Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and POCs
Ensure solutions are deliverable and margin-protective
Azure / GCP cloud architecture and migrations
Servers, switches, routers, wireless, NG firewalls
Secure network and hybrid infrastructure design
CASB & Zero Trust:
CASB (Defender for Cloud Apps or equivalent/Netskope/Zscaler etc)
Zero Trust: identity-first security, conditional access, device trust
Delivery Governance:
Work with SDM to ensure SLA adherence and margin control
Act as escalation point for complex technical issues
Capability Building:
Build future capabilities in cloud-native, security-led services
Partner alignment and vendor evaluation
Required Experience & Skills
8-12+ years in IT services / system integration
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune
Cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security expertise
Pre-sales and customer-facing experience
