Job Responsibility:

• Continually Analyze Production Performance and manage Plant

• Information Management System

• Support Operations in developing a comprehensive MOC for each

recommended change.

• Develop Cost/Benefit analysis for each recommended option as a

part of MOC

• Conduct HAZOP for all MOC

• Provide Technical Training in the areas of Process safety and analyzing

and trouble-shooting plant performance.

• Provide Process Engineering capabilities as required for existing

technology improvements, and new technology assessments
Conduct Root Cause Analysis of unplanned events

• Evaluate mitigation options and recommend improvement(s) to address

the Root Cause(s)

• Evaluate and Monitor Efficiency and Operational Performance of each

Unit Operation. Identify improvement, evaluate, and recommend the
most cost-effective option

• Familiar with Pressure drop calculations/Heat & Mass balance.

• Preparation of PDS & IPDS data sheets.

• Review of PFD & P&ID and corrections.
