3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development and optimization

Strong knowledge of chemistry and pharmaceutical science, including drug solubility, stability, and compatibility, and experience with analytical methods such as HPLC, LC-MS, and NMR

Experience with formulation development software and tools such as Design of Experiments (DoE), Quality by Design (QbD), and statistical analysis software such as SAS or R

Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing development plans, project timelines, and technical reports

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Analytical Development, Process Development, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs
