Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Head / Managing Director

Role Objective
: To design, implement, and manage robust cost accounting systems, SOPs, MIS frameworks, inventory valuation models, and cash flow reporting to support management in effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cost Accounting & Cost Control
Design and implement cost accounting systems for manufacturing/process industries
Develop product-wise, process-wise, and department-wise costing
Analyse variance between standard and actual cost
Identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities
2. SOP Design & Process Documentation
Design and document SOPs for production, stores, costing, and finance
Ensure SOP alignment with internal controls and compliance
Periodic review and updation of SOPs
3. MIS Design & Preparation
Design MIS frameworks tailored to management needs
Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports including cost analysis, KPIs, and budget variance
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports
4. Inventory Valuation & Control
Develop inventory valuation methodologies (FIFO, Weighted Average, etc.)
Ensure proper valuation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Monitor inventory ageing, slow-moving and obsolete stock
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
5. Cash Flow Design & Preparation
Design cash flow reporting structure
Prepare monthly cash flow statements and projections
Monitor working capital and liquidity planning
6. Budgeting & Financial Analysis
Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis
Support management in capital expenditure decisions
7. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with production, stores, sales, and accounts teams
Liaise with auditors and consultants
Present financial insights to management

Qualification & Experience
:
CA / ICWA (CMA) / CFA - Qualified
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification industry experience
Manufacturing/process industry exposure preferred
?
Key Skills:
Strong analytical and costing knowledge
MIS design and financial modelling skills
ERP and advanced Excel proficiency
Strong communication and presentation skills

Compensation:
Salary 1,00,000 PM + performance bonus
