Position Name - Manager / Senior Manager (LOB - Government Business)
Location - Mumbai / Delhi - NCR
Experience Range - 4 - 12 yrs
Mandatory Requirement:

• 4+ years of experience in the insurance broking industry
• Exposure in Government Business
• Expertise in Sales, Business Development and client acquisition.

• Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with New and Existing clients.
• Knowledge of Various General Insurance Products in specific Group Mediclaim and Group Personal Accident Policies
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
