We are looking for experienced and result-driven

Ad Sales professionals

to drive revenue growth and strengthen advertiser relationships across our

Women's, Children's, and General Interest verticals

including Grihshobha, Champak, Sarita, Saras Salil, Manohar Kahaniyan, and Farm n Food.

Key Responsibilities

Drive advertising revenue across

print, digital, and event platforms

. Build and manage strong relationships with

advertisers, media agencies, and brand partners

in the respective region. Identify and convert

new business opportunities

to expand the regional client base. Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to develop

customized brand solutions and integrated campaigns

. Consistently achieve assigned

revenue targets

while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

3 - 9 years

of relevant experience in

media ad sales

. Strong understanding of

advertising solutions, media planning, and regional markets

. Established relationships with

local advertisers and agencies

will be a strong advantage. Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a

fast-paced, competitive environment

.
