Job Title: Manager, Security Operations APACLocation: Bangalore, IndiaExperience- 15+ years:JCI is seeking a seasoned Manager of Security Operations APAC with over 15 years of experience to lead our security operations team in Bangalore. The role involves overseeing security strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing the security incident response process. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our assets and information while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture across the APAC region.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols across the APAC region.
• Monitor security systems and incident response processes to ensure effective threat mitigation.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving security measures.
• Lead security incident investigations and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide training and resources to staff on security awareness and best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies to proactively address vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in security operations or management roles, with a focus on APAC.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance regulations.
• Proven experience in incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
