HR Business Partner - HO & TM
Primary Purpose of the position
We are committed to ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and operations. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to join our team and oversee all security-related aspects of our Ballabgarh manufacturing plant.
Job Summary: The Security Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the safety and security of the manufacturing plant. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing security personnel, and responding to security incidents. Additionally, the Security Manager will oversee the horticulture activities within the plant premises to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Manage and supervise security personnel, including training and performance evaluations.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Investigate security breaches and incidents, and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees.
• Manage security budgets and resources effectively.
• Oversee horticulture activities, including the maintenance of gardens and green spaces within the plant premises.
• Coordinate with horticulture staff to ensure proper care and maintenance of plants and landscaping.
• Implement safety measures related to horticulture activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
