Job Description

We are hiring a talented SEO Manager for our BFSI client into General Insurance sector.Responsibilities:- Manager both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the Company.- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, conversions and domain authority.- Collaborate with Content Marketing and Blog Contributors to create high quality content around important, relevant terms.- Lead the implementation of a "one search" approach SEO, ensuring consistency and coherence across all SEO initiatives.- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.- Edit, monitor and upload blogs and webpages content to ensure it meets SEO best practices and aligns with the overall SEO Strategy.- Ensure all content meets regulatory requirements and integrates necessary keywords to enhance visibility and relevance.- Manage and enhance the mechanism for end-to-end lead mapping, optimizing lead generation and conversion.- Review and update goal funnels on Google Analytics to track and optimise lead volume and other relevant KPI's.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEOand major search engines.Requirements:- BE or Equivalent Degree- Minimum 4 yrs of experience- Exposure on BFSI & E-Commerce Clients- Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimisation factors and key algorithm updates.- Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools (Should be GAIQ Certified).- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimisation.- written and oral communication skills.
