Job Description


Change Champion, Communication and Change management

  • Maintain and update employee handbooks, Knowledge Management articles and other documents on the Bridge/myHR portal to allow employees to access relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Work with local country Corporate Affairs team to communicate benefits/wellness programs and HR policies to employees
  • Prepare materials for employee communication sessions/townhalls
  • Deliver trainings and share guidance notes to internal country HR community including GPS AskHR and HR operations teams to ensure they are kept up to date on HR standards and processes

Vendor Management
  • Perform activities in the vendor management process including RFPs, ERs, SRs, TPSA, PIA, cloud governance committees and Exit management plan etc.,
  • Work on closure of TPSA, PIA and prepare necessary dispensations where required. Engage with Country SD for necessary approvals where required.
  • Perform annual due diligence on Vendor contracts and support data request for regulatory and compliance audit around Vendors and maintain all necessary documents and perform periodic upload of service review packs, meeting minutes etc, in SCBuy Application
  • Raise POs', e-Pros' and work with GFS Finance towards periodic recharge on vendor invoices to all employee cost centres, advise on accruals that needs to be maintained or released to meet vendor invoices.
  • Support to queries from country SD and support data requirements for audit around Vendor management.
Risk Management
  • Understand HR Operational Risk framework and support IRR assessments review by engaging relevant RPOs
  • Participate and represent country SD in RCAs and ensure all actions agreed are completed in a timely manner
  • Review and Monitor controls sample testing performed by GPS. Perform the control monitoring if controls executed locally in country
Audit, and Regulatory Reporting
  • Have strong understanding on country specific laws and regulations and ensure HR SD actives/processes meet the required regulations. Take corrective actions to remediate any identified gaps if any.
  • Understand regulatory changes and implications on HR SD activities. Raise CR request and work with downstream Operations team in implementing changes to the process and services
  • Assist Country HR audits and support requests including surveys and headcount reports in a timely manner
  • Support all regulatory, compliance and audit related activities for HR
  • Support Year end Directors' compensation data requests from Finance and Internal auditors for annual report preparation
Job SummaryTo support HR Specialist Delivery (HRSD) and HR stakeholders in region / country as per defined operating model, including but not limited to payroll, benefit, insurance, offboarding, internal transfer, visa application, vendor management/governance and other HR operations related processes.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all Country HRSD support activities including Payroll, Tax and Benefits administration, Controls and strongly collaborate with various HR functional (HR BPs & COEs), cross functional (Finance, Country OR, CoSec, etc.) and external stakeholders (Vendors) to deliver HR SD activities where required.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, half yearly data assurance checks on processes to ensure all regulatory requirements are duly met.
  • Perform Descriptive, Diagnostic and Predictive analysis on HR SD areas to identify opportunities, solve business process and continuously improve the HR services.
  • Collaborate with internal HR and relevant stakeholders to improve employees' experience at workplace, including lead, design, test and implement employee engagement campaigns, launch wellness programs, and organise annual Loyalty Award
  • Work closely with County SD Internal teams to deliver and streamline processes end-to-end. Collaborate effectively with them to identify inefficiencies and process gaps for improvement.
  • Analyse and monitor coverage and cost effectiveness of benefits program
  • Manage HR projects and support technological enhancements as per group standards and local country requirements
  • Build a positive people experience for all employees, by leveraging on HR systems such as ServiceNow and SuccessFactors and support technological enhancements as per group / country standards and BAU requirements.
  • Work with country PRB (Performance Rewards Benefits) teams to ensure the roll out of local benefits are in line with global design principles.
  • Handle and resolve complex HR queries and escalations and where necessary reach out to relevant employee/people leader to gain full understanding of the query and resolve. Train GPS AskHR and HR Operations team to resolve queries and ensure reduction in overall queries landing to country SDs

  • GRADUTATE WITH EXPERIENCE IN HR PROCESS MANAGEMENT, UNDERSTANDING OF RISK, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
