Driving Key projects for efficiency improvement in buying , through dashboards, reports, ready to refer data , inventory analytics etc . Central ER co-ordination for CRE/New projects/Field irritants & supporting processes for NPI & MNPD . Centralised sourcing of Imported Parts for FD. . Develop all processes to be operated in SAP ( eliminate external work content) . Drive team to achieve savings through digital initiatives.
