Familiarity with?e-Procurement portals?(Central/State Govt.) GeM Portal etc Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Personal Skill



Communication?Skills; Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. Leadership & Team Management: Strong decision-making, delegation, and conflict resolution skills. Problem solving abilities: Long-term planning, risk management, and problem-solving abilities Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to manage change and remain calm under pressure. Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Precision in procurement documents, contracts, and data management. Analytical & Critical Thinking: Strong quality control and data organization skills.

Innovation & Technology Awareness: Keeping up with the latest e-procurement technologies, trends, and market innovations to improve procurement strategies Financial Acumen: - Expertise in managing procurement budgets and cost forecasting. Vendor Risk Management: Regular assessment of supplier performance, ensuring reliability, quality, and compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
