As a "SCM Manager," one will oversee the supply chain within the hospital & pharmacy, ensuring efficient, safe consumables & medication management practices.
Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain operations of the hospital & pharmacy, including procurement, inventory management, and dispensing processes etc.
Implement efficient workflow systems to optimize resource utilization and minimize turnaround times for orders.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.
Participate in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement protocols, guidelines, and initiatives to enhance patient care.
Provide leadership and direction to staffs, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Due diligence for projects as and when required.
Oversee supply chain management of sister concerns.
Education:
Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in managing stores/supply chain etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
