The Core ERP team needs a strong Enterprise testing Leader with experience working in large, complex programs. You will be part of a team providing Testing, Solution validation services and data solutions, including Test automation, Functional testing, Non-Functional testing and Service virtualization solution development and project delivery. Working in partnership with architects, business stakeholders, product management and others, you will create the vision and roadmaps for integration across our SAP landscapes as we move into a CI/CD future. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR . As a Manager for the Solution Validation team, you will be part of a highly visible team passionate about aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands! You will lead the Global rollout and deployment. . This Manager role will play a critical role across the enterprise as we reset our technical strategy and as we engage with other tech leaders to accelerate the technology and Digital roadmaps. . You will be a forward-thinking technology leader with a keen business sense and experience in building testing, automation and performance validation solutions. You will influence the end-to-end strategy across technology and partner closely with a shared capability teams, vendors, Nike tech and business groups. You will partner with Platform peers and Business Leaders to craft the digital systems of the future. . You will guide the team within a matrixed environment to continually improve upon its ability to deliver fast, reliably, at a global scale, with security, and to the delight of our customers. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON . Lead from front and Develops strategies, processes and roadmaps that define how testing organization will be executed now and in the future across our SAP and non-SAP Enterprise platforms. Requires an innovative mindset as we push for the next stage in Solution validation, automation, Performance testing and Data solutions. . WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH As our Core ERP Solution validation Manager, you will join the India technology center office and work closely with local and global Platforms teams, global project teams and Nike capability and business process owners. WHAT YOU BRING . At least 10+ years of experience leading teams in enterprise business solutions involving SAP and Non-SAP solutions . Bachelor's degree (in Engineering or equivalent) or Master degree (Science or Commerce or Arts or equivalent). . Experience driving and delivering Testing strategies that include Agile practices while remaining compliant. . Demonstrated experience delivering strategic integration initiatives and innovations that include enterprise and open-source tools . Prior experience integrating with large-scale ERP application suites in the Retail/Fashion/Footwear industries (SAP, Sterling and other enterprise platform business solutions) SAP S4, Fashion preferred . Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally . Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management . Sophisticated executive communication and interpersonal skills bringing multiple internal and customer stakeholders to common understanding and agreement . Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal . Experience leading cross-functional work . Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively . Experience leading others in resolving complex issues . Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve both in depth technical and people related issues . Comfortable with speaking to large audiences of all levels within the organization . In-depth SAP and Non-SAP enterprise architecture
