Role Summary

The SAP BTP Manager will lead the architecture, development, and delivery of cloud-based solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in BTP services, strong solutioning skills, people leadership, and the ability to work closely with global clients, functional teams, and architects to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative SAP cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Leadership

Lead end-to-end solution design on

SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry / Kyma)

. Architect extensions, integrations, and cloud applications for

S/4HANA and SAP ECC

. Design solutions using: SAP CAP (Node.js/Java) SAP UI5/Fiori SAP API Management SAP Integration Suite (CPI/iFlows) SAP HANA Cloud (HDI, CDS models) Event Mesh, Workflow, Business Rules Ensure adherence to SAP, cloud, security, and Deloitte architectural standards.

Delivery & Technical Management

Oversee project delivery, sprint planning, estimations, and execution. Review architecture, design documents, code quality, and performance. Lead modernization and migration of legacy applications to BTP. Manage DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud operations.

Integration Expertise

Architect and guide integrations between: S/4HANA/ECC SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur Non-SAP cloud/on-prem systems Build scalable integration patterns (IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, Events). Ensure connectivity, authentication (OAuth2/JWT/XSUAA), and API governance.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Conduct client workshops, design thinking sessions, and technical demos. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure BTP solutions. Support presales, RFP responses, solution proposals, and effort estimations. Communicate project risks, timelines, and architectural decisions to leadership.

People Leadership & Coaching

Lead teams of BTP developers, architects, and integration consultants. Mentor junior members and drive capability building within the BTP practice. * Support hiring, training, and performance management
