Work you'll do





The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients' competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.


To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:


Key Responsibilities:




Lead SAP Customer Management projects, focusing on technical design, configuration, and deployment of SAP CRM, SAP Service Cloud, or SAP C/4HANA solutions. Provide hands-on technical leadership for the SAP CM team, including developers and integration specialists. Design and architect scalable, maintainable SAP CM solutions that meet client business requirements. Oversee integration of SAP Customer Management modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Manage technical deliverables, code reviews, and quality assurance processes. Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business users, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless solution delivery. Drive adoption of best practices in SAP CM technical architecture, development, and testing. Mentor and guide technical team members, promoting skills development and knowledge sharing. Engage in pre-sales activities, including technical proposal development, demonstrations, and client workshops. Stay updated with SAP Customer Experience (CX) portfolio innovations and industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in SAP Customer Management technical roles, including SAP CRM, SAP Service Cloud, or SAP C/4HANA. Proven experience leading SAP CM technical teams and projects. Strong technical expertise in SAP CRM architecture, ABAP development, WebUI, and SAP Cloud Platform integration. Hands-on experience with SAP CX suite components and integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI). Deep understanding of CRM business processes and SAP CM solution capabilities. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. SAP certifications in CRM or Customer Experience solutions preferred.



Qualifications




Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes. Willingness to travel for short and long term durations. Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
