Role Overview
As an International Sales Manager, you will play a key role in
expanding our global sales network
, building long-term partnerships with international clients, and driving business growth across Europe, Africa, and beyond. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Head Office in Thane, with regular opportunities to travel abroad.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in international markets.
Identify new business opportunities and nurture strong client relationships.
Lead negotiations and manage sales contracts with global clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design region-specific strategies.
Analyze sales metrics, forecast targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
12-15 years of proven experience in
international sales & client management
.
Strong exposure to
European and other markets
.
Excellent
negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
.
Experience in
transformer / electronics industry
is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in
CRM tools & MS Office
.
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
.
Must be open to
international travel every quarter
(valid passport for 2+ years required).
