Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Manager - Sales & Marketing

to lead our API business development, marketing strategies, and global client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, developing new markets, and leading successful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Identify and secure new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt business strategies. Build and strengthen long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Lead high-value negotiations and close profitable deals. Coordinate with production, supply chain, and quality teams for timely deliveries and compliance. Mentor and lead the sales & marketing team to achieve performance excellence. Represent the company at global trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Design and execute marketing strategies focusing on product differentiation, quality, and compliance. Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing) and monitor ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 5-10 years of experience in API/pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Proven track record in revenue growth, new market development, and marketing success. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and global API markets. Experience in handling international markets and regulatory complexities.
