BizConnect is expanding with a new vertical -

XploR

focused on

XR, 3D animation & immersive tech solutions

for

Industrial Marketing, Product Visualization, Exhibitions

, and

Training.

We're looking for a

dynamic leader

to build and scale this business. The role involves:

Driving

business development & lead generation

(With a Dedicated Team for tele-calling, social media, exhibitions). Building and managing a

sales pipeline

with clear revenue outcomes. Working with our creative & tech teams to

craft compelling client solutions

. Representing XploR in client meetings, industry events & partnerships.

You are:

8-12 yrs experienced in

B2B marketing / tech-driven sales / industrial solutions

. A

growth builder

with proven success in creating new business verticals. Digital-first, target-driven, and excellent at client communication & storytelling.

Location:

South Bengaluru

Compensation: 8-10 lakhs per annum + Incentives
