Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and driving business growth for industrial and cultural paper products. The role requires strong leadership, strategic sales planning, and the ability to build long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers.
This is a performance-driven position requiring high integrity, strong commercial acumen, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
Drive sales of industrial and cultural paper products across assigned regions.
Identify new business opportunities, customers, and market segments.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop appropriate strategies.
2. Dealer & Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and consumers.
Conduct regular visits to key accounts and develop long-term partnerships.
Provide timely support, product information, and solutions to customers.
3. Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and execute region-wise sales strategies and action plans.
Analyze sales data to forecast demand and identify growth opportunities.
Support pricing strategy, negotiations, and commercial decision-making.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and mentor sales teams to improve performance and productivity.
Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and share periodic sales reports with the Vice President.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and documentation standards.
Required Skills & Attributes
Proven track record in sales of
industrial and cultural papers

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Computer-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
