Key Responsibilities:1. Responsible for improvement of customer base, building and maintaining Relationship.2. Responsible for creating dedicated stockiest point, cooperating and supporting them thus generating more business.3. Conducting Market research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs and Promoting entire range of products of the company4. Regularly meeting clients and making them aware regarding our range of products and explain them the superior quality and service that our company provides.5. Regularly meeting layer farmers and promoting our caging system and following up with them.6. Meeting Integration farms and offices and doctors associated with them and seeking their support regarding their co-operation.7. Giving feedback to super stockiest and company on regular basis8. Building and Handling Bangalore team and mentoring them. Sending monthly/weekly reports on time.9. Ensuring there is no pending quotations and simultaneously following up with farmer.10. Discussing Action plan with Sales Head/MD and accordingly focus on that.11. Preparing Tour Report and travel accordingly10. Achieve the company Goals & Targets.11. Handling given geographical region.12. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media13. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on product and services.14. Travel to given locations for meeting customers and closing deals.15.
