Job Description

Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of pumps by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and leading a sales team, and building strong customer relationships



Developing and executing sales strategies by meeting Architect, Engineers and Property owners

Managing and leading a sales team

Building and maintaining customer relationships

Technical knowledge and support


Proven experience in Building materials, RO and Pump sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.



Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



Experience in managing a sales team and building customer relationships.



Technical knowledge of pumps and related technologies.



Familiarity with sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM systems.



Relevant qualifications in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or business/sales are often preferred.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
