Proven experience in Building materials, RO and Pump sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing a sales team and building customer relationships.
Technical knowledge of pumps and related technologies.
Familiarity with sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM systems.
Relevant qualifications in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or business/sales are often preferred.
