Summary of Position:
The Business Analyst is a key strategic and operational partner within our Solutions team, responsible for leading the delivery of end-to-end solutions that enable decision-making across the Sales organization--including Sales Reps, Managers, Leadership and Marketing.
This role combines strong business acumen, analytical thinking and solution-oriented leadership. The Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translates them into clear technical requirements and collaborates with developers, testers and product owners throughout the design, testing and deployment phases.
The ideal candidate takes ownership of solution delivery, proactively engages stakeholders and ensures that all solutions are intuitive, scalable and aligned with strategic business goals.
