Company Profile: Our client is European MNC involved in the business of Pharmaceutical / Medical Device & Consumables. Job Location: S.G. highway, Ahmedabad Job responsibilities: The Position would be responsible for: 1. Direct management of the SSA team 2. Provide/arrange the training as and when required to ensure the team is performing optimally in their assignments, hereunder also securing succession within the team and reducing dependencies on individuals. 3. Secure continuous competence and career development of the SSA team members by setting individual targets, conducting yearly Personal Evaluations (PE), Personal Development Talks (PDT) and regular one2one. 4. Ensure accurate staffing at all times including initiating recruitments when required by business needs in coordination with the General Manager of the India office and the Nearest Manager. 5.
