Job Summary
The Manager - Sales (Sourcing) is responsible for generating qualified leads for real estate projects through channel partners, brokers, direct sourcing, and digital platforms. The role focuses on expanding the sourcing network, improving lead quality, and supporting the closing team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and property consultants
Generate qualified leads through direct sourcing, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and digital campaigns
Appoint, train, and motivate channel partners to improve lead inflow
Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and project briefings for channel partners
Monitor lead quality, follow-ups, and conversion ratios in coordination with the closing team
Track broker performance and ensure timely payouts and documentation
Analyze sourcing performance and optimize lead-generation strategies
Maintain accurate records in CRM for leads and channel partners
Coordinate with marketing for lead campaigns and promotions
Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA norms

Good understanding of real estate sourcing and lead-generation processes
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze lead quality and conversion data
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
