Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.

Team Management:

Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of real estate sales professionals.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Target Achievement:

Ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds individual and team sales targets.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conducting market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.

Training & Development:

Providing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Reporting & Analysis:

Preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Negotiation & Closing:

Assisting the sales team in negotiating deals and closing sales transactions.

Compliance:

Ensuring all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven sales experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales is often required.

Sales management experience:

Prior experience in managing and leading a sales team is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills:

Effective communication and relationship-building skills are crucial for interacting with clients and team members.

Negotiation and closing skills:

Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals is a key requirement.

Market knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market is essential.

Leadership and motivation skills:

Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

Analytical and problem-solving skills:

Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

Customer relationship management:
