Manager Sales Real Estate (4 15 Yrs) Lucknow/delhi Ncr (b2c/retail/channel Sales)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :- Manage and support end to end Real Estate process- Conduct property search and acquisition for North Region- Plan & arrange site visits, conduct price negotiations and coordinate with brokers &landlords- Keep a track on new property requirements, both regionally and nationally- Work in conjunction with the national team and Finance & Accounts department for rent confirmation, recovery of security deposit & payment of advance rent- Preparation of security deposit report on a monthly basis- Manage renewal & termination of lease agreements in coordination with the legal team- Maintain MIS for Real Estate function, nationally- Manage database for all lease agreementsWhat do we require :- Graduation in any stream- Work experience in new site acquisition, commercial leasing, warehouse leasing and contracting- Openness in traveling to different locations- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle end to end property closures (ref:updazz.com)
