Responsibilities :- Researching prospects and generating leads.- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Participating in sales team meetings.Prerequisite Competencies :- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field. - 4 or more years' experience in sales and management preferred from real estate (builder/broker).- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.- The ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers.- Strong negotiating and sales skills.
