They provide individual builder's floor for sale in Delhi NCR with all basic amenities and offers a good number of independent apartments.The Job:Team Management & Leadership:- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews. - Identify gaps in team performance and initiate corrective actions and coaching.Inventory Management:- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available property inventory, pricing, features, and availability. - Coordinate with the operations and project team to ensure updated listings and product knowledge. - Ensure that the team is aligned with the latest updates on inventory, bookings, and availability. Sales Planning & Target Achievement:- Set and track monthly and quarterly sales targets in coordination with senior management. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. - Monitor team performance regularly and prepare reports on sales achievements and projections.
