Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager, who be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market in North Bangalore, strategic leadership, and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Strategy: - Develop and execute sales strategies for North Bangalore to achieve business targets and market share growth. - Identify emerging market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategies. - Set ambitious sales goals, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Revenue & Business Growth: - Drive revenue generation through strategic partnerships, developer tie-ups, and innovative sales approaches. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, investors, and channel partners. - Ensure profitable sales closures and optimize pricing strategies based on market conditions. Team Leadership & Performance Management: - Lead and mentor a team of high-performing sales managers and executives. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. - Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement. Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders. - Oversee end-to-end sales processes, ensuring a seamless experience for homebuyers. - Address customer concerns and feedback to enhance the buying experience. Sales Operations & Process Optimization: - Implement sales best practices, ensuring efficiency in lead conversion and deal closures. - Monitor sales funnel metrics, track progress, and refine sales strategies for optimal performance. - Collaborate with marketing teams to execute demand-generation campaigns and events.Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. - Leverage data analytics to make informed sales decisions and drive continuous improvement. - Provide insights to the leadership team on customer preferences, pricing trends, and sales performance. Requirement: Experience: - 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in real estate, luxury housing, or high-value B2C sales. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. - Experience in leading large sales teams and working with real estate developers.
