Sales Planning - Manager
Scrabble has been mandated to hire Sales Planning Manager for a young & fast-growing platform in the sustainable energy ecosystem.
Sales Planning Manager would look after the following responsibilities:
1. Studying Market Trends and buying as per the need for sales channel
2. Budgeting & range planning - establish buy plans and right order quantities to deliver value, volume & gross margin targets.
3. Merchandising & Planning
4. Plan and suggest weekly markdowns & promotion to increase sales and maintain covers across all channels.
5. Forecasting & planning future stock requirements based on current trends and several KPI's.
6. Coordinate with warehouse team for the smooth delivery of the stock to the stores and to keep a check on the plan vs. actual delivery of the stock.
Candidate applying should be good with Market research and accordingly feeding the production / sales team about the demand and strategizing the production.
